GORIAJAN CLUB/ GORIAJAN POLO CLUB

I have no idea when this club was established but the architecture of this building signifies that it was built before 1920. It was known for its polo ground. People of different tea estates of Golaghat subdivision established this club. According to some neighbors it was well maintained till 1970 but now it is a deserted area. Some idiots vandalized this beautiful heritage. Now it has nothing.

Once there was a tennis court, a swimming Pool, Huge Polo ground, A golf course, facility of indoor games, bar, Library etc. Now people around this place  invites Mobile Theater Groups to this polo ground.
